The perfect holiday for families with dogs
Incredibly clean, luxurious and yet still very cosy. It really doesn’t get much better than this. From the booking process through to departure, everything is simply perfect. The PROMI ALM team is really nice and friendly. You’ll simply find everything you need here. Beautiful surroundings, nice people and even dogs are very welcome here. Whether you want to be sporty or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, you’ve got it all here. It’s the perfect holiday and guests are bound to come back to the Almdorf Flachau. We’re already looking forward to next year!

A dream of hut magic and a winter wonderland
The Almdorf was perfect for us as a group of 20 people and the location directly on the slopes was incredible. The huts have been wonderfully furnished with great attention to detail and competely met, or maybe even exceeded, our expectations! A huge thank you to Peter and his team! We can 100% recommend the Almdorf Flachau
We spent a week there as a couple and it was simply wonderful. We got to know the manager Peter and his employees and they are incredibly warm people and hosts. They gave us great excursion tips and every concern was addressed within no time. The chalet has been lovingly furnished, was very clean and we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. The sauna in the chalet makes your stay a wellness holiday! We’ll be coming back again!

Super!
We know some really good hotels but this village is really special. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and have been lovingly designed. Bread rolls are delivered every day. Everything is perfect here. We were completely surprised by the staff. We’d never experienced such friendly, warm and incredibly open people. Receiving such a warm welcome is the perfect start to the holiday.

Promi Alm for relaxation and fun
The location and views from the Promi Alm are outstanding. We were amazed by the kitchen equipment: e.g. casserols dishes, baking paper, barbecue utensils, champagne glasses etc. The bar is a lovely place for a cosy film/games evening or just spending time together. The sauna is great and a good alternative in the event of bad weather. Overall, the hut is lovingly furnished and decorated and we felt completely at home. The staff here, and in the rest of Flachau, are all really nice and friendly. The luxurious huts come in different sizes, for 4 to 10 people. Each chalet has a kitchen, sauna, bathrooms and fireplace. You can play music from your phone via the Sonos speakers. The huts are so comfortable and luxurious that you could happily spend the whole day in them, even though the surrounding area offers many excursions and activities. We would come back again any time.
